Introducing the Neighbor-to-Neighbor Program...Due to the current pricing situation, it has been difficult for many families to afford the fuel they need to heat their homes and because LIHEAP (Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program) cut 1 billion dollars out of what we hoped would be added to the budget this year, most households are getting less money than they received last year and will be struggling to make it through the end of this heating season. In an effort to help those in need, we have instituted a NEIGHBOR-TO-NEIGHBOR Program. H. R. Clough, Inc is matching any funds a customer wishes to contribute to the program and will distribute those funds to customers we know have not received adequate help from the Community Action Program but have met all the requirements.
